Paediatricians in Schools Outreach Program
In term 1 we are delighted to report that 235 children were seen by the program, of these, 33 were new participants and 202 were existing students whose reviews recorded an average 64% improvement in diagnostic presentation. There were also 115 case conferences held.
Try Mentoring Program
Try Mentoring are excited to be starting a new Group mentoring program in Frankston South at the Frankston South Community Centre. This group will be for young people between 10-13 years of age focussing on team work and social skills building in a fun, active sporty environment. The group will meet once a week during the school term for 12 months commencing next month.
Menzies Mini-bus
The Menzies Bus was utilised in 171 youth engagements assisting young people to connect with 6 different programs in the Oct – Dec quarter in 2017.
